Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and td777 ("td777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the td777 website and all associated services available at td777.club (the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

td777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use a td777 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth and valid mobile number.
• You must not be accessing the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with td777 or any responsible gaming programme that restricts your ability to gamble online.

td777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or where false information has been provided during registration. Account closure for eligibility reasons may result in the forfeiture of any bonus funds held in the account at the time of closure.

Account Registration and Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on td777. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any account balance, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, login, and payment processing.
• All personal information supplied during registration must be accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify td777 of any changes to your registered information.
• td777 may request additional KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity document or mobile wallet statement confirming ownership of the registered payment method.
• Accounts that remain unverified after a reasonable verification period may be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is completed.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your td777 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. td777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

• You must notify td777 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• You must choose a strong password that is not used on any other website or application. td777 recommends passwords of at least 8 characters including a mix of letters and numbers.
• td777 will never contact you asking for your password. Any communication claiming to be from td777 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on td777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). td777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through mobile financial services operating in Bangladesh. The Platform does not accept international credit cards, debit cards or bank wire transfers from foreign financial institutions.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though td777 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name and matching the identity details on your td777 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposited funds are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. td777 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's network.
• td777 does not charge a fee on standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which td777 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified mobile wallet linked to your td777 account. Requests to withdraw to a different number or wallet are not accepted for security reasons.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) business minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or system maintenance, in which case td777 will endeavour to notify affected players.
• td777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting KYC documentation if not already on file.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

td777 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time a particular bonus or promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration, passed KYC verification and made at least one qualifying deposit, unless specified otherwise in the bonus terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x bonus).
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. A player may not claim more than one welcome bonus regardless of the number of accounts held. Claiming a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• td777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn before wagering requirements are met, any bonus funds will be removed from the account. Real money balance resulting from completed bonus play is not affected.
• Bonuses credited to an account must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account automatically without compensation.

Players who are found to be abusing bonus promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, the use of betting patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (bonus hunting or arbitrage), or any form of collusion — will have their bonus funds forfeited and may be subject to account closure and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

Responsible Gaming and Fair Play

td777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, and we take steps to ensure that the tools necessary to keep it that way are accessible to all players. td777 is strictly for players aged 21 and above.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session reminders: Players may configure time-based session alerts that notify them of how long they have been playing during a single session.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits can be made. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications showing their net session result and total time played, helping them make informed decisions about continued play.

All game outcomes on td777 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently tested to ensure fairness and unpredictability. td777 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game category are published within the relevant game information section of the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the td777 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and permanent exclusion from the Platform, in addition to any other remedies available to td777 under applicable law:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over td777.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft or money laundering. td777 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, manipulate leaderboards, tournaments or promotional competitions in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error must be reported to td777 immediately and will be voided.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or at any other point in your interaction with the Platform or its support team.

Intellectual Property

All content on the td777 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software and all other materials — is the exclusive property of td777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of td777. Unauthorised use of any Platform content may result in account closure and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if td777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• td777 is not liable for any service interruption, technical failure, system downtime or connectivity issue beyond its reasonable control, including failures attributable to third-party payment providers, internet service providers or force majeure events.
• td777 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or from your voluntary disclosure of account information to a third party.
• td777 is not liable for losses attributable to your own gambling decisions. Players accept the inherent risk of loss associated with gambling activities when they place a bet. Past game outcomes have no bearing on future outcomes.

Amendments, Termination and Governing Law

td777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players by updating the Last Updated date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.

td777 may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, fail to pass KYC verification or if continued provision of services to you would, in td777's reasonable assessment, present a compliance, legal or reputational risk. Upon termination for breach, any balance held in the account consisting of bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money balance net of any outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to your verified payment method subject to completion of any pending verification.
